2.Purpose of the website
Radio Fabrika is a free website for listening to music, tones and nature sounds for relaxation, focus and a pleasant atmosphere. It is intended solely for listening and browsing its content.
The website has no user accounts, registration, purchases, forms, comments, newsletters or other functions that would require you to enter your data. You can install it as an app on your phone or computer (progressive web app); it then works in the same way and collects no additional data.
3.Music and AI-generated content
The music on this website is not played from pre-recorded tracks: each time you press play, it is created on the spot by a program running in your browser (generative music), so every playback is slightly different. Tones and nature sounds are produced in the same way. Some instruments (piano, bass, guitar, cymbals) are played by the program from short recordings of real instruments (section 9), which are downloaded on first playback. The program, the musical patterns and the artwork on the website were developed with the help of artificial-intelligence tools as well.
Notice: The music content on this website is created or produced also with the use of artificial-intelligence technologies.
The content is intended for relaxation and enjoyment. Tones, frequencies, binaural beats and the breathing exercise are not a medical device and do not replace medical care; if you have health concerns, consult a doctor. Listen at a moderate volume and do not use the sounds in situations where they could reduce your attention (for example while driving).
4.Rules for using the music
You may listen to the content free of charge for personal, non-commercial use, through this website or the installed app.
Without the operator's prior written permission, the following is not allowed:
- recording, copying or saving the audio in any form,
- reproducing, redistributing or making it available to the public, including on other websites, streaming platforms or social networks,
- selling, licensing or otherwise marketing the content,
- using it in advertisements, videos, apps, games, broadcasts or other products and services,
- public playback for business purposes (for example in a bar, shop or at an event).
To ask for permission for public or commercial use, write to the e-mail address in section 1. These rules do not restrict uses that are expressly permitted by applicable law.
5.Personal data protection
The website does not ask you for any personal data. The operator does not collect your personal data for marketing, analytics or profiling and does not pass it on to third parties.
When you visit, your browser automatically sends the server the technical data needed to display the page (section 6). The legal basis for processing it is the operator's legitimate interest in running and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
With regard to your personal data you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. Send your request to the e-mail address in section 1. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
6.Technical server data
The website is hosted by the hosting provider Neoserv in Slovenia. On each access the server may automatically log: the IP address, date and time, the address of the requested page or file, browser and operating-system information, error messages and security events. These server logs are used exclusively to run the website, keep it secure, prevent abuse and fix errors; the operator does not combine them with other data or use them to analyse visitors. They are kept by the hosting provider to the extent and for the period determined by the provider or by applicable law.
Visit counter. The website counts visits. When the page is opened, the browser sends a short request to the server; to tell a repeat visit on the same day apart, the server keeps only a shortened one-way hash (of a random daily key, the IP address and the browser identifier) from which the IP address cannot be recovered and which is deleted at the end of the day. IP addresses are not stored; only the total and the daily number of visits are kept permanently.
7.Cookies
The website uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones, and therefore shows no consent banner.
For its operation it uses only your browser's local storage: it remembers your player settings (last chosen sound, volume, background sound and its volume, and the chosen tuning), and through a so-called service worker it stores a copy of the website's files so that it also works without an internet connection. This data stays exclusively in your browser, is not sent to the server and does not enable tracking. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
8.External services
The Radio Fabrika section loads no content, scripts or fonts from third-party servers: the fonts, images and program are hosted on the operator's server. It uses no analytics or advertising services, social-network plug-ins, embedded videos or maps. The only external infrastructure is the hosting provider (section 6).
The website uses standard browser features that work on your device: showing the name of the sound in the system media controls, keeping the screen on while playing, and the option to install it as an app. None of these features send any data to the operator.
9.Copyright and other rights
The content of the website, its design, graphic elements, texts, collections of content, audio recordings and other elements may be protected by copyright, related or other rights to the extent provided by applicable law. These rights belong to the operator or are used by the operator with the permission of their holders, unless stated otherwise. The Kreativna Fabrika name and logo may not be used without the operator's permission.
The Outfit typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. Some instruments sound from recordings of real instruments published under free licences: the piano, bass and guitars from the tonejs-instruments collection (Nicholaus P. Brosowsky, CC BY 3.0; the piano is based on the Salamander Grand Piano, Alexander Holm, CC BY 3.0), the cymbals and bass drum from the MuldjordKit (Lars Muldjord, FreePats project, CC BY 4.0). The recordings were shortened and compressed for the website.
10.Limitation of liability
The website is provided free of charge and as is. The operator strives to keep it working properly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, operation in every browser and device, or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website; liability that cannot be excluded by law is not excluded.
The website may contain links to other websites, for whose content the operator is not responsible.
11.Changes to this notice
The operator may change this notice, in particular when the website's functionality or the law changes. The version published on this page applies; the date of the last change is stated at the top. This notice is governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
